- API subscriptions from Fin2dev automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.
- Access to one-time purchases of standalone databases remains available indefinitely unless otherwise specified on our website. You can cancel your API subscription at any time via your user dashboard or by contacting [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date to ensure we have enough time to process your request.
- If a payment method (e.g., credit card) fails at renewal, the system will attempt to retry the charge every 3 days. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, your subscription may be canceled automatically without prior notice. The frequency and number of retries may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
- If your subscription renews due to an incomplete or failed cancellation—whether due to user error, oversight, or not following the provided instructions—you remain fully responsible for payment of the renewed term.
- Fin2dev reserves the right to suspend or terminate API access in cases of misuse, violation of our Terms of Use, or non-payment.
- All charges for API subscription renewals and standalone database purchases are final and non-refundable, including situations where services were partially used, not accessed, or only briefly accessed.
- Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges, but you will continue to have access to the API until the end of your current billing cycle, unless stated otherwise.
